Kure ensures top-quality guest service by offering a Two Week You Love It Guarantee on most products purchased within this time frame. Guests must have a guest account in order to use the Two Week You Love It Guarantee. Certain botanical products are not included and vary based on local regulations and ordinances. Kure Corp. disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Kure Corp. be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Kure Corp is not liable for damages arising from manufacturer defects, health problems caused by the use of nicotine, unsafe or improper usage of merchandise, or modifications of its products.

Rebuildable atomizer systems and unregulated battery devices carry inherent risks, and their safe usage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Guests should research these devices in depth before attempting to use them.

We take our responsibility to our guests and communities seriously and have thus designed and implemented measures to keep our products out of the hands of minors. Kure CBD & Vape uses tools such as electronic point-of-service age verification software, secret shopper programs, and extensive employee training programs to keep this commitment.

Most unopened items in new condition returned with receipt within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Opened or damaged products are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
E-Liquid/Replacement Coils/Rebuild Supplies are sold as is. Disposable devices and other accessories are FINAL SALE.
DOA products must be returned to store within 72 hours.
All other refunds or exchanges are made at the sole discretion of the store manager on duty at the time of the return. No refunds or returns for merchandise purchased more than 30 days prior to the return, or without an original receipt.
