Kure ensures top-quality guest service by offering a Two Week You Love It Guarantee on most products purchased within this time frame. Guests must have a guest account in order to use the Two Week You Love It Guarantee. Certain botanical products are not included and vary based on local regulations and ordinances. Guests without Kure accounts are only eligible for returns on SMOK-branded products and must be accompanied by purchase receipt.

Most unopened items in new condition returned with receipt within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Opened or damaged products are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

E-Liquid/Replacement Coils/Rebuild Supplies are sold as is. Disposable devices and other accessories are FINAL SALE.

DOA products must be returned to store within 72 hours.

All other refunds or exchanges are made at the sole discretion of the store manager on duty at the time of the return. No refunds or returns for merchandise purchased more than 30 days prior to the return, or without an original receipt.
